Terms of Service for HTML Table Maker
Rules for using htmltablemaker.com.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HTML Table Maker at htmltablemaker.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
HTML Table Maker lets you convert Excel spreadsheets into interactive HTML tables, share them by link, embed them on websites, optionally sync data from Google Sheets (read-only), and access features programmatically via our API. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may register with email and password or use Google Sign-In as an alternative login method. Email confirmation may be required before full access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Upload, link, or publish data you do not have the right to use.

Publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

Attempt to breach security, abuse the API, or interfere with the Service.

Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of spreadsheets, tables, and other content you upload or connect. You grant HTML Table Maker a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, generating embed code, syncing from Google Sheets, and serving tables to visitors). You are responsible for ensuring your published tables comply with applicable laws and any obligations to your own users or clients.
6. Google integrations
Connecting Google Sheets or signing in with Google is optional. If you connect Google Sheets, you choose which spreadsheets to share via Google's file picker; we access only those files to import and sync data. Sync is one-way: data flows from Google Sheets into HTML Table Maker; we do not write back to your Google files. You may disconnect at any time from your account settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Google user data.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. Prices and features are shown on our Pricing page. Some plans may include a free trial; a valid payment method may be required. You can cancel a paid subscription from the Pricing page or your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Manage Account (Free tier). Deleting your account removes your tables and associated data from our systems, subject to brief backup retention described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
